The money is so good that I haven’t even started to look for a real task after graduation because I am making more that I would at an entry level task. I don’t want to make the change to a traditional task, although I know that one afternoon I will have to quit babysitting for this family, however for now I am going to continue working for them and saving as much money as I possible can. This family is so wealthy that they are constantly remodeling their home. This week they are having radiant flooring installed in all five powder rooms of the home. I had never heard of radiant flooring, although I have learned that it is a way to heat up the floor by having pipes installed the run moderate water underneath the floorboards. It is a good way to heat up the brick floor in a powder room so you don’t have to have chilly cold floors when you get out of the shower. I am enthusiastic for the radiant floors to be installed so I can test them out. I want to know if the radiant floors would be worth the luxurious price tag to have them installed. I hope that he will be promoted inside the Heating & A/C supplier despite the fact that I really don’t ever want him to leave because I would hate to have to pay full price for Heating & A/C equipment.

I realized last year that I have been teaching for fifteen years now. I knew that it had been a long time but that was the first time I had counted in a really long time. I have been at the same university for the entire fifteen years and I really do appreciate all of the people that I get to labor with everyday. I feel fortunate because not many people get to say that! However, in the past month things at the university have really taken a turn for the worse! Our entire HVAC system stopped working in the university so all of the classrooms have been so hot. It is the middle of the summer time and it is miserable. The university doesn’t have the currency to upgrade the entire HVAC system all at once so they provided all the teacher a air conditioning system window machine for their classrooms. However these air conditioning system window units don’t do too much when the outside temperature is over one hundred degrees. I have been covered in sweat through my clothes everyday and I have even spoke to the principal about getting the HVAC system fixed. Many parents have complained about the lack of a HVAC system in the middle of the summer time months, but I just don’t know the currency is there to upgrade the HVAC system. I hope that they can figure out something, because this is really getting out of hand and I don’t want the parents to keep getting aggravated with me about it.
