I have been babysitting for the same family for about six years now… I easily like this family & I am so cheerful that they have kept me around all this time, but they are harshly wealthy & they pay me really well. I haven’t had to find another job because they take such great care of me. I know that the teenagers are starting to get older so I am uneasy that they will not need me in the coming years & that makes me uneasy because I don’t want to have to find another job. I cherish being at their home too because they don’t skimp on anything… Recently, they decided to replace the Heating & A/C system because they decided the one they had installed last year wasn’t wonderful enough any more. I thought that was such a rich lady complication because my parents haven’t replaced their Heating & A/C system in over ten years. I know that most families put off replacing their Heating & A/C system because they are so expensive. I easily hope that one morning I will be able to make this kind of money & replace my Heating & A/C system once a year, even though I have a feeling that won’t be the case. You don’t want to bride perspiring or the guests shivering. It is a perfect balance when working with heating & cooling. I always tell my employees that they need to call the locale ahead of time & make sure the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system is working, however the last thing my friend and I need is to have a wedding planned & on the large day the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system has stopped working. This has happened to me before & I certainly try & avoid it happening again at all costs. Many people don’t realize how much the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system plays into the day of the wedding. I certainly hope that my employees take me seriously when I say this.

I have had the same iphone for about five years and I don’t plan on getting a new one until this one stops working all together.

I just like to stay with what I know and don’t see the point of having to waste money on new technology… Well last yearI went on a trip for work where I feel my mind has been changed. We were staying in a actually nice hotel that was seriously luxurious, fortunate for me my work was covering the whole thing. I observed the hotel had the most high tech appliances in all the rooms and had to get someone at the front desk to show me how to work everything, but they showed me how I could change the firmness of the mattress, order room repair without picking up the iphone and how to change the temperature of the room with a smart temperature control. I had never heard of a smart temperature control before and I was actually intrigued. The smart temperature control swings the temperature of the room based on the temperature of the outside air and then allows you to edit the temperature through an app on your smartphone. I don’t have a smartphone so I am just going to have to control the Heating as well as Air Conditioning system the old fashioned way through the temperature control. I can’t know how much technology is involved in Heating as well as Air Conditioning systems these afternoons.

This family is so wealthy that they are constantly remodeling their home. This week they are having radiant flooring installed in all five bathrooms of the home. I had never heard of radiant flooring, even though I have learned that it is a way to heat up the floor by having pipes installed the run hot water underneath the floorboards. It is a nice way to heat up the stone floor in a bathroom so you don’t have to have freezing cold floors when you get out of the shower. I am gleeful for the radiant floors to be installed so I can test them out. I want to know if the radiant floors would be worth the expensive price tag to have them installed. The Heating & A/C supplier is coming over to their home next week to finish up the radiant flooring installation then they will be all nice to go.
