This only happens when the line is clogged because the filter hasn’t been changed correctly. I tried to be nice and explain to her what happened, but she started to get really defensive with me. I live in an area of the country that gets really bad summer storms. A lot of the time these summer storms turn out to be hurricanes and cause really bad damage to my town. Last week the local weather channel reported that a category five hurricane was headed straight towards us. Everyone started to panic and all the water and gas in the was disappearing very fast. I couldn’t even get my hands on a loaf of bread because everything was going so fast. The storm came and went and the devastation was just as bad or worse than the weather channel said it would be. We were without power for over a week. I was hoping that when we got power back that our HVAC system would be working again. However, that was not the case. When I went out back to look at our HVAC unit that sits in the backyard I knew we were in trouble. There was a ton of debris caught in the outdoor unit and it was really stuck in there. I knew that the HVAC unit would have to be replaced. It looked like it was beyond repair. I called a local HVAC company that day and they told me that many other people were having the same problem. I was worried that this would make the repairs take even longer and we would be without our HVAC unit for another week or two. I hope that it doesn’t take that long to fix!

For the past couple of months I have been feeling sick and I have not been able to figure out why. I first thought it was just a cold, but after a week or so I realized that wasn’t it. I called my local HVAC company right away in a major panic and they said I could have water in my drain line. The next day, the HVAC worker was looking at my air conditioner and he said that because I had water in the drain line, moisture was getting back into the air and creating mold. I am going to have to replace all my ductwork now because they are also covered in mold. I really wish I would have figured this out before it became a bigger problem!

This place is falling apart at the seems! I feel like I have to call my landlord once a week with a new problem. He is starting to get annoyed with all my calls and he is beginning to not answer. I am not sure what the problem is, but I really wanted my landlord to come out and take a look at it. However, I have not been able to get a hold of him. All I can do is let the fan run, I know that eventually it is going to stop running or overheat. I wish that he would answer my calls, emails or text messages. I have been trying to get in touch with him for days. Finally after a week of calling, I got him on the phone. He was so annoyed with my pestering, but gave me the number of a local HVAC company to call and make an appointment with at my convenience. I called the HVAC company and made an appointment for the next day. When the HVAC worker showed up, he knew exactly what the problem was and it took him less than ten minutes to fix!

My wife plus I have been going through some financial concerns lately.

This week they are having radiant flooring installed in all five bathrooms of the home. I had never heard of radiant flooring, but I have learned that it is a way to heat up the floor by having pipes installed the run hot water underneath the floorboards. It is a good way to heat up the tile floor in a bathroom so you don’t have to have freezing cold floors when you get out of the shower. I am excited for the radiant floors to be installed so I can test them out. I want to know if the radiant floors would be worth the expensive price tag to have them installed. The HVAC company is coming over to their house next week to finish up the radiant flooring installation then they will be all good to go.

I have never been one to be up on the latest technology.

I guess I just don’t care about having the most high tech appliances or equipment.

I have had the same phone for about five years and I don’t plan on getting a new one until this one stops working all together. I just like to stay with what I know and don’t see the point of having to waste money on new technology. Well last week I went on a trip for work where I think my mind has been changed. We were staying in a very nice hotel that was extremely expensive, lucky for me my work was covering the whole thing. I noticed the hotel had the most high tech appliances in all the rooms and had to get someone at the front desk to show me how to work everything. They showed me how I could change the firmness of the mattress, order room service without picking up the phone and how to change the temperature of the room with a smart thermostat. I had never heard of a smart thermostat before and I was very intrigued. The smart thermostat changes the temperature of the room based on the temperature of the outside air and then allows you to edit the temperature through an app on your smartphone. I don’t have a smartphone so I am just going to have to control the HVAC system the old fashioned way through the thermostat. I can’t believe how much technology is involved in HVAC systems these days.

I realized last monththat I have been teaching for fifteen years now.

I knew that it had been a long time however that was the first time I had counted in a really long time.

I have been at the same school for the entire fifteen years plus I really do love all of the people that I get to work with everyday. I feel lucky because not numerous people get to say that; However, in the past month things at the school have really taken a turn for the worse, however our entire Heating plus Air Conditioning system stopped working in the school so all of the classrooms have been so hot. It is the middle of the summer time plus it is angry. The school doesn’t have the money to replace the entire Heating plus Air Conditioning system all at once so they gave all the teacher a air conditioning window component for their classrooms. However these air conditioning window units don’t do too much when the outside temperature is over one hundred degrees. I have been dripping with sweat through my clothes everyday plus I have even spoke to the principal about getting the Heating plus Air Conditioning system fixed. Many parents have complained about the lack of a Heating plus Air Conditioning system in the middle of the summer time months, even though I just don’t suppose the money is there to replace the Heating plus Air Conditioning system. I hope that they can figure out something, because this is really getting out of hand plus I don’t want the parents to keep getting frustrated with me about it.
