I have been working in the industry for about three years and I absolutely love it.

I love making cakes and cupcakes for events and traveling to different locations to make my creations. I own my own business so it is important for me to always be thinking of new ideas to keep business and revenue come in. Recently, I thought it would be a good idea to open a food truck so we could travel and bring our pastries to different locations and not just stay in our brick and mortar location. I had the whole business plan worked out and I really thought I had come up with a solution to any problem we would have. However, I did not take into account the fact that we would not have a HVAC system like we did in our physical location. I thought we would be okay with the fans that came with the food truck, but we quickly learned that it was not an adequate substitution for an air conditioner. The first thing to suffer from the lack of air conditioner was my employees, they were constantly complaining. The next thing that suffered was our baking. I didn’t think the air conditioner affected the way our pastries cooked. However, we could not get the cupcakes to rise and the frosting was constantly melting. I am going to have to either nix the idea of the food truck or install a HVAC system to keep everyone happy. I am not sure what would be the most cost effective at this point because a new HVAC system is very expensive!

I have just graduated from a really great law school.

While I was in school I was also working a full time job and interning part time at a local law firm to gain experience.

I was looking forward to the day after graduation for months now because I would have the day off from work as well. I have not had a day to myself in about three years. I know that sounds like I am exaggerating but I really don’t recall a day when I could just relax since starting school. But, I had this whole day planned out. I was going to wake up early and go for a nice long walk on the beach. Then I was going to get my hair and nails done and end my night celebrating with all my law school friends. However, upon waking up on my first day off in three years I noticed my air conditioner wasn’t running. I hoped that maybe one of my roommates had just turned the air conditioner off my accident, but that was not the case. The thermostat was completely black and I didn’t know what to do. I could have gone about my day as planned and let my roommates deal with the HVAC issue, but I decided to call the HVAC technician myself. I thought I could at least get the ball rolling. Once I called the HVAC technician I felt a lot better and went for my walk. After I got back the HVAC van was in the driveway and hopefully he was fixing whatever is wrong!

I normally & entirely trusting on my tenants & don’t do a credit or background check, however after an experience I had with a new tenant I am going to beginning right away. I have a young girl residing in one of my small houses & she seems like a nice normal girl. However, she has completely destroyed the heating & cooling system in my house. I went over to look at her washer & dryer last yearwhen I observed that the air conditioner filter hadn’t been changed. I asked her how often she was changing the filters & she just looked at me like a deer in the headlights. I knew that she had never changed the filter on the air conditioner & I was instantaneously nervous. When I opened up the Heating & Air Conditioning closet I saw a big puddle of water on the floor. This only happens when the line is clogged because the filter hasn’t been changed correctly. I tried to be nice & explain to her what happened, but she started to get unquestionably defensive with me, however she got unquestionably annoyed & said she was going to sue me for blaming it on her. Right then my buddy and I knew that this wasn’t going to labor out & she needed to move out right away.

When I went out back to look at our Heating & Air Conditioning unit that sits in the backyard I knew my buddy and I were in trouble. There was a ton of debris caught in the outdoor unit & it was unquestionably stuck in there. I knew that the Heating & Air Conditioning unit would have to be substituted. It looked like it was beyond repair. I called a local Heating & Air Conditioning dealer that afternoon & they told me that numerous other people were having the same problem. I was concerned that this would make the repairs take even longer & my buddy and I would be without our Heating & Air Conditioning unit for another week or two. I hope that it doesn’t take that long to fix!

I have been babysitting for the same family for about six years now, i really like this family and I am so cheerful that they have kept me around all this time, but they are drastically wealthy and they pay me truly well. My hubby and I have been going through some financial problems lately.

• He just got laid off from labor and he hasn’t been able to find a new job yet.

I don’t make a lot of cash either because I stay apartment with the youngsters most afternoons! On the afternoons that I am not apartment with the youngsters, I labor as a waiter at a local seafood diner. I don’t make a ton of cash, however it still helps loft with the bills, and for the past couple of weeks since my hubby lost his job, we have started to notice small signs that our Heating and A/C system isn’t laboring the way it should. However, we have been ignoring all these signs because we don’t have the cash to pay for an Heating and A/C business to come out to the loft and look at our Heating and A/C system. I know that we actually need to have an Heating and A/C business come out to the loft because our Heating and A/C system has been making bad noises every time we turn on the a/c. It is the middle of the summer time so we need to have the a/c turned on as often as possible. However, the noise our Heating and A/C system is making is almost unbearable. I suppose I might call a local Heating and A/C business next week just to see how much it would cost to have them come out and maintenance our Heating and A/C system. I actually don’t suppose I can deal with this noise for too much longer.

I have been babysitting for the same family since I was in highuniversity. They are severely nice plus severely wealthy. They pay be silly amounts of money to watch their two small children. The money is so nice that I haven’t even started to look for a real job after graduation because I am making more that I would at an entry level job. I don’t want to make the change to a traditional job, however I know that one day I will have to quit babysitting for this family, but however for now I am going to continue laboring for them plus saving as much money as I possible can. This family is so wealthy that they are consistently remodeling their home. This week they are having radiant flooring installed in all five bathrooms of the home. I had never heard of radiant flooring, however I have learned that it is a way to heat up the floor by having pipes installed the run tepid water underneath the floorboards. It is a nice way to heat up the stone floor in a bathroom so you don’t have to have freezing cold floors when you get out of the shower. I am happy for the radiant floors to be installed so I can test them out. I want to know if the radiant floors would be worth the expensive price tag to have them installed. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier is coming over to their house next week to finish up the radiant flooring installation then they will be all nice to go.
