We didn’t imagine it would get colder during the day, but we were wrong.

Normally, we would take several minutes to drink a cup of coffee and watch the day’s weather report before going to work. However, on this day we were running late, and we didn’t get our coffee or weather report. It was 3 AM when we pulled into the bakery, and we should have been there at 2 AM. The ovens were on, and we were hot and cozy inside. No one said anything about us being late. We are the owners, and no one would dare say anything, unless they were teasing. By 6 AM, we had all the shelves full. People were coming in for their day coffee and pastries, and someone said it felt like snow outside, but we didn’t notice. The ovens were better than any gas furnace could hope to be. The only reason we had a gas furnace was because of the customers and to keep the bakery warm when we weren’t inside. We had all the inspections done regularly and the HVAC specialist coming in and changing our air filters regularly. We had an air ventilation program that needed its air filters changed every many weeks. By 4 PM, we were out of baked goods and ready to go home. That’s when we realized how nice the heating program was inside. It was chilly and snowing many inches a minute. We couldn’t wait to get home, turn up the control unit, and get hot again, before going back to bed at 8PM.

And after several weeks into winter, all of us are saving upwards of twenty percent on heating costs.

I suppose that I’m just completely romantic the fact that it’s winter.

That’s not the case for many people directly to the north of me. A few weeks ago, we were chatting on the phone, and she was excited about her new project. She was in the middle of setting up a honey farm on her property. The crazy part about this is she was always afraid of bees, so this honey farm came as a surprise to me. Of course, I was curious about the process because she had no experience with honey bees. Apparently, the process of setting up a honey farm is quite simple, and beekeeping could generate over $1,000 per month. And all you need to start is a good location for the hives, and once the hive is built, then place the honey bees inside and provide them with plenty of water and nectar, so that the colony can thrive. Of course, she will need to check the colony to make sure that the bees are healthy, and in about 4 to 6 months, she could be harvesting her own honey. It’s amazing to see that my daughter is stepping outside of her comfort zone and will become a beekeeper soon.

Well, this month started a current year so what I really mean is earlier last year. I know I can be back in the shape I was last Summer if I wash up my diet for about many or more than three months. I know the largest contributor of fat on the stomach is the sugar and the lack of exercise as it has been too chilly to play beach volleyball! The duct cleaning and duct sealing task has also been put on the back burner since coming to the States for a month holiday. I will go for a run later in the park behind us and do some TRX strap workouts for the rest of my body. My aunt wants me to help her with her geothermal heat pump and maybe look at her hybrid HVAC plan if I have enough time. I am going to hang out with a neighbor later but not until I get my writing and exercise done. The local service provider neighbor of mine is going to come over for the workout so I need to get this done.

My siblings don’t talk to me anymore after our dad died because I didn’t come apartment for his celebration of life celebration, which I had no desire to go to.

I didn’t care about coming back to a celebration, 1 in which our dad wouldn’t be at, just to talk about what a fantastic guy he was to other people who already knew the fact.

My siblings didn’t see things that way, and now that I am apartment they still don’t try to contact me, even after I have messaged them a few times before. My dad did a/c installs and sold a bunch of cooling products for his local business. My 1 sibling worked with him over the years and I feel he left most of his empire to her, which is fantastic with me because I can acquire our own currency and am not worried about having all this currency… I work on programmable control units and I sell HEPA filters for our local business neighbor online. I also make currency doing a few other jobs here and there and can always acquire currency when I need to. I guess when I am older I could do some indoor air quality testing in homes and help people install media air cleaners in their homes with some help from an HVAC tech. I will work till I can no longer transport our body, so I am not too worried about saving all of this currency for a retirement that may never arrive. I will always do some kind of work in the HVAC technology field.
