I am what they call a “cat lady.” It’s a term I particularly don’t appreciate, however it’s how things are and I can’t say that I don’t like being called that.

I love cats plus I have 5 myself.

If I could, I would open up a cat sanctuary however I don’t have the funds to start something like that to be honest. My cats strangely enough are from the same litter. I used to have a couple more, but the mother plus father of the cats passed away. I still miss that pair of cats however they left me a life full of love for the litter that is with me. The only problem I have is that I have to consistently vacuum plus dust in my place. Their cat fur isn’t the joy of my life plus periodically it gets into certain spots that bother me. For instance, I suppose I washed my dishes entirely however with them drying there is cat fur everywhere on them. Not long ago, I had some troubles with my heating machine. I had to call the Heating & Air Conditioning machine supplier because the fall now is bringing in cooler hot plus cold temperatures plus eventually the frigid months will be here. They sent out a heating plus cooling machine expert by the name of John. The guy wasn’t a cat person plus you can see that he felt pretty uncomfortable when he was at my residence. John still did his task plus did a careful examination of my Heating & Air Conditioning machine. It didn’t take him long though as he said the air filters were pretty clogged with cat fur. He said if I’m going to keep all these cats then my associate and I will have to do proper maintenance on the air filters to make sure that my Heating & Air Conditioning machine continues to run in proper order. He told me about a store that sells air filters plus how to upgrade them. Although this first visit cost me a small amount of money, at least going forward I will be able to change the air filters when needed.

My mom actually made the decision to buy a property in the middle of nowhere after she split from my dad.

The location is pretty rural with no one residing around us plus there are few things I like to do. The land around the residence is totally barren plus my associate and I can’t get cable either. The internet strength is lousy plus in order to use the cellphone, you have to go upstairs plus open a window, and isn’t that crazy? My mom struggles with a reception on the television in her room. She found these aged metal things which she calls, “rabbit ears.” I just wish my associate and I got a satellite for tv. My associate and I don’t leave the residence that much besides college mornings plus weekends to go into town. The loneliness I regularly deal with can be terrible at times. I just wish I had someone besides my mom to have a conversation with. There are no neighbors plus if I sincerely wanted to go to town, it’s a half hour drive. I do venture around the section since I know I won’t run into anyone in particular. I found a nearby creek that I decided to hike to. I saw some interesting animals out there, however I hope I never run into a bear! The residence is nice however it needs certain upgrades. My mom called the Heating & Air Conditioning machine supplier to have a Heating & Air Conditioning specialist come out plus upgrade the heating plus cooling machine. At least I know when I’m at the residence, I’ll be in comfort. Living in the middle of nowhere has forced me to become super creative with my ideas plus pastimes. I started to paint plus helped with the gardening at the residence. I hope life will get better here, however I have to make the best of the situation.

When I was coming up during my younger years, life was very simple and easy.

I remember riding my bike down to the creek to catch tadpoles with my good pal, standing on the front porch with my family members, just talking plus laughing until the sun would set.

My associate and I didn’t have cell phones or laptops or anything like that, however I felt my associate and I didn’t need them to be completely honest. Now that I’m older, I’m having a lot of trouble with keeping up with the modern technology that just keeps advancing like crazy. My grandchildren are constantly on their cell phones plus tablets. I just feel that time has passed me altogether. This past weekend my granddaughter Rachael chose to come over for a visit. She was smart, full of energy plus curiosity. She always had something modern to introduce me to. She would tell me about the modern video game she was trying out, however all that info made me feel a bit overwhelmed if I’m being honest. Rachael was able to observe that my control unit was pretty aged much like myself plus told me that I should upgrade to a smart control unit. She was telling me that I can save money on my energy bills plus it’s pretty straight-forward to use. I eventually caved in, I trusted her plus my associate and I opted to go to the store plus picked up a smart temperature control unit. My granddaughter even installed the thermostat for me plus showed me how to use the temperature control. I still felt somewhat uncomfortable with the modern technology however over the last few mornings, I started to actually enjoy the purchase. It was entirely convenient plus I didn’t have to walk across the room to make any temperature adjustments. I’m pretty thankful that Rachael was able to show me this modern technology plus was able to install it for me. I wouldn’t have even purchased a smart temperature control unit if I needed a Heating & Air Conditioning machine specialist to install it.

My husband and I had been discussing installing heat pumps in our house. There were a lot of pros, but also some cons. The biggest con was that the heat pumps last for several to fifteen years… Regular air conditioners last for 15 years or more, and the furnace would last 20 years or more if taken care of. The cost of the heat pump would be as much as the official heating, ventilation plus A/C system, but my good friend and I would have less labor and no duct labor to contend with. The pros were several in our eyes. We would no longer need to spend money for fuel for the furnace. The duct labor would be gone, and so would the dust that affects our dust irritations all year round. The heat pump, ductless heating, ventilation plus A/C, or mini-split system, has a single unit instead of multiple. There is a unit outside, and a single inside the house. The heating and air conditioner is all in a single unit, and it is energy efficient, along with being heating and air conditioner efficient. We talked to our child who had a mini-split proposal installed in his house several years ago. He told us that even during the hottest part of summer, their electric bill only went up by $30 a week. Their winter heating bills didn’t average nearly as much as what they paid for a single tank of oil. They also had a SEER of 26 for an efficiency rating. With so few cons, and so several pros, we’ll have the ductless heating, ventilation plus A/C proposal installed when Springtime has finally arrived, and my good friend and I aren’t worried about needing the furnace or air conditioner unit.

The best part of the purchase was that he only paid $29 for it, and my good friend and I had free shipping. I looked at him and asked if he wasn’t sure it was $2900? He told me I should have faith in him. The air conditioner unit was only $29, and he purchased it on DealDash. He said most of the cash was on the bids he had to buy because the A/C unit cost only $5.00. After asking him if it was big enough for our house, and if he was sure it was a real air conditioner unit, he rolled his eyes. He told me he wasn’t born last week and walked away. It took me a while to bring up the Deal Dash website and see what he was talking about. Sure enough, there was his name, and he was the winner of the air conditioner unit. I bit our lip to keep from laughing when I looked at the description. The air conditioner unit was a portable air conditioner you had to put water into. It was a swamp cooler, and my good friend and I already lived in another section where there was a lot of humidity.

That was thirty years ago, and I knew the price would have risen. I also knew they would need to unfasten the seasoned HVAC duct before they could install the new. The heating, ventilation and A/C company that had installed our seasoned HVAC duct, left a terrible mess in the basement and through the house… Everywhere they worked, there was dirt, dust, and messes. I felt worried that our home had been invaded by twenty teenage boys. It took a month to wash up the mess, and two years to pay for the HVAC duct. My fiance assured me that times had changed and although it was going to be more high-priced, the heating, ventilation and A/C techs took more caution when making messes. My buddy and I had no choice on purchasing a new HVAC duct, however we now had choices on which material we wanted to use. The heating, ventilation and A/C serviceman that came to our house, said they still have the seasoned metal HVAC duct. If we were interested in getting rid of the metal in the house, and having safer and cheaper HVAC duct, we may want to get a flexpipe HVAC duct. He showed us the HVAC duct, and asked if we were interested. He showed our fiance how it would look. My fiance said he thought flexpipe would be better. That’s when I asked about the mess. He told me our home would be just as clean, if not cleaner, than when they walked in.

When our a/c unit died, we wanted to put off purchasing another 1 until the winter. I thought a/c units would go down in price while they were getting out the new season’s inventory! Unluckily, with all the rate hikes in everything, the seasoned inventory A/C units were selling for more than when they were the new inventory a year ago. I wanted an A/C unit with a SEER of at least 22, however our fiance said we couldn’t afford that. With him being the only 1 laboring right now, we had to budget, even if it meant giving up a bit of efficiency. The prices were so incredibly outrageous, that we even considered trying to get the seasoned a/c unit fixed. It would cost half as much as a new a/c unit, and we would have a/c. My fiance shook his head. He said before he put that much into a repair, he would love to purchase a new a/c, and use our credit cards. My buddy and I talked for a couple of afternoons before deciding what we were going to do. He told me he thought we should go with the new a/c. When he found 1 that had excellent ratings, and the SEER was 21, I agreed. My buddy and I called the heating, ventilation and A/C company and asked if they still had that model in stock. My buddy and I were both surprised when he told us it was on sale, and it was going to be 10% lower than he had quoted, and the upgrade was going to be free.

We moved into our home about more than five weeks ago… For two weeks, our partner and I vacillated over which heating, ventilation and A/C company we were going to use.

The 1 company pointed out many complications that could be a crucial problem in the future. He told us that whoever had been doing the repair in the past had missed something every time. My partner raised an eyebrow, and asked if I had any further fights on the subject? I shook our heads and walked away. My buddy and I hired the heating, ventilation and A/C company he was considering, and was also the 1 who pointed out the discrepancies in the repair reports and what had absolutely been done. I lost the debate.
