I don’t understand when people say that they don’t like long automobile rides; I have so several labor Associates who refused to drive even five or six hours to get to a pool destination, they would rather go through the hassle of boarding an airplane and figuring out all of that Transportation! Personally, I appreciate long automobile rides and I truly enjoy the opportunity to get out and see some current sites, however even if I’m just looking at trees, I’m pretty cheerful.

That’s why I was severely happy when my boyfriend suggested that my friend and I take a week off and get out of town together.

It sounded wonderful for us to both get away from work. I was happy to spend a long automobile ride with him exploring our local mountains. I imagined a lot of scenarios when the slide out in my head, but what legitimately happened wasn’t one of them, but my wonderful friend and I were only about an hour into the trip when I noticed that the indoor air was getting quite cold inside the car. I could not tell if the outdoor air temperature had declined enough that my friend and I just needed to bump up the temperature control inside the vehicle, so I slowly started changing the heating power from the air temperature controls inside, then unblessedly, this didn’t seem to repair the problem, however cold air continued to fill the automobile and pretty soon it felt like winter season inside of my vehicle. My wonderful friend and I pulled over at a gas station and my boyfriend started poking around at the engine, seeing if he could figure out what was going on. My wonderful friend and I were unable to repair the heating issue because it seemed like the on board boiler entirely needed to be repaired and forfeited ourselves to cold defeat, then when I imagined this awesome road trip together, I didn’t feel I would be driving wrapped in a sleeping tote for half of it.

I feel like you constantly hear about people growing older, their children moving out, and then downsizing to a smaller place.

It’s just the natural progression of things when your family is no longer under the same roof and you do not need that much property to yourself, and somehow, my Dad did not get the message.

Even though all of her kids are grown and moved out of the house, for some reason, she is living in a larger property than ever. We never had as much house or as much home as my Dad does now, all on her own. She is 60 years old and living on a small horse farm. Her property is quite spacious and it seems like it would create a lot of problems. First of all, I am not sure why she wants to keep up with cleaning that big of a space. Secondly, she says that her utility bills are outrageous because the cost of heating a big space like that is really significant. She said that the insulation in the property is not great and even though she has replaced all of the windows with double-pane insulated glass, she feels many cold drafts coming from the outside. I feel like she has paying and heating up a entirely big home when she can only occupy a single room at a time, and maybe she should beginning with downsizing her heating space. That’s why I, for Christmas this year I am getting her zone controlled heating and cooling, whether she enjoys it or not. If she won’t downsize her house, then I willdownsize the workload for her Heating and Air Conditioning system.

My fiance plus I both toil full-time; Our tasks are rather demanding, stressful plus often require overtime, however my friend and I have three guys who are all unquestionably involved in hockey, along with school plus school-related activities, they have multiple practices per week plus participate in tournaments on the weekends.

All my life I’ve been hearing about Energy Efficiency as it relates to finances and climate change.

It’s probably our major social revolution of my generation.

Or at least one of them. We have become obsessed with improving our Energy Efficiency and reducing our energy expenditure as a whole. Every individual consumer is interested in reducing their monthly Energy bill pay for obvious reasons. As a society, we are extremely stressed about reducing our Reliance on energy as it relates to climate change. It makes sense that this is is Hot Topic for everyone. Has our populations continue to grow, our Reliance on air purification systems are also increasing. Human activities create more air pollution than we can currently contend with. That means we either need to reduce our energy expenditure and the harmful products created by energy usage, or we need to find a way to filter our air before it is released into the environment. I’m a huge fan of these ideas, and I expected that many major corporations are also interested.It’s probably easiest to start this air quality revolution at home. Whoever is the first company to develop a brand new form of central heating and cooling that requires less energy usage and creates less air pollution will be considered a god. The company that starts releasing energy neutral air temperature control equipment is going to skyrocket to success. Hopefully, most of all, our air quality and experience as living beings on this planet will also vastly improve with the advent of new, energy-efficient and climate neutral, Heating and Cooling devices.

How many years ago I moved to a brand new state and a brand new city.

It happens to be a place with quite a reputation for being hot, humid, and wild.

Whenever people hear about where I live, they have if you stereotypical things to sorry about the location. First, they always bring up the awful drivers and ungodly traffic in the city. That is a fair judgment. Secondly, they usually say something about how they personally could never live in such hot conditions. If you have AC, you’ll be fine. Lastly, often people mention that to the quality of home construction down here is quite terrible. That is also very true. I can’t even argue with that brought a judgment. I have seen some truly terrible houses. The one that I currently live in appears to be better made than most. But if you start to look around, you’ll quickly notice that the contractors messed up. Look carefully, can you find any air vents? The answer is no. No matter how hard you look, there are no air vents in my entire house. This is beside the fact that a central heating and cooling system was installed when the home was made. They purchase to the furnace and air conditioner, but when they went to install the brand new HVAC system, the ventilation Specialists was in for a surprise. There was no air duct installed in the walls or air vents leading into the Open Spaces. The contractor had completely forgotten to install the air quality control infrastructure to go along with the air temperature equipment.

For the past year my mom has been on a massive pollution kick.

She likes to get wound up about random political and Global issues, and then stress herself out about how she can’t make any changes.

She literally starts at the top, becoming heavily obsessed with the most massive problems in human psyche, and then wonders why she doesn’t see immediate change in her world. Lately, her obsession has been global climate change and air quality In major cities. I have no idea why, because she doesn’t even live in a major city. She lives out in the country where there is tons of fresh, flowing air from all directions. She really doesn’t need to worry about a ton of Airborne pollution at her house or the effects of smog on her lungs. But it’s all that she talks about. She’s so wound up about air quality that she even started messing around with her own HVAC system trying to DIY innovative ways to improve her indoor air. These days, my mom is constantly watching videos on YouTube about improving your heating and cooling power while also improving your indoor air quality. She’s worked up all sorts of makeshift cleaning tools and supposed air quality detectors. I’ve been so tired of hearing about her obsession with air quality and improving her central heating and cooling system and I decided to be a bit of a smart ass for her birthday last year. When the big day rolled around, she found dozens of identical boxes wrapped and hidden throughout her house. As she started opening them, she quickly realized that every single one contained a 12-pack of new air filters for her HVAC system.

In the past several years I don’t think that I’ve fallen sick one single time.

• This is pretty astounding to me, because I used to fall ill all the time.

In my old region of the country, it felt like I constantly had some kind of head cold, stomach bug, or lingering fever. I was constantly popping pills, taking allergy meds, and putting myself to sleep with cold medicine. I can’t say that it was the healthiest lifestyle. Since I moved to a different region of the country, I’ve noticed a steep increase in my personal health. I literally can’t remember the last time that I had a nasty cough or stuffy nose. That’s why I was completely shocked the day that I woke up to find a massive head cold had taken over. I couldn’t breathe, I couldn’t speak, and I could barely even think because there is so much pressure in my head. I started taking medicines and trying to nurse myself back to health, but I was so cold that it was difficult to even go out to the drugstore. I sat in the house, shivering, and running of the central heater intensively as I could. I think I had the thermostat turned up to 85 degrees for several days. No matter how much Hot air was pumped into the house, I never felt much warmer. After a few weeks of this nonsense, I called out an HVAC technician to tune up my poor, hard-working furnace. When he was examining the heating system, the tech turned around with a shocked expression and asked me if I had been feeling alright. Apparently the air ducts were full of black mold.

For the past four months I’ve been scrimping and saving as much as possible. I’ve been trying to rebuild a life and start from scratch. It has been a difficult learning experience, to say the least. Before this point in my life, money was not a big issue. I was making enough each month to pay my bills and have plenty to spare. At the beginning of this summer, however, everything changed. My relationship ended and so did my living situation. My ex took a great deal of my money and belongings, so I’ve been starting all over again on my own. It has been an uphill battle as far as establishing a regular adult life. I got my own apartment, which was a step in the right direction… But the landlord is terrible. These days, I’m living with a sub-par air conditioning system that I can’t seemed to improve on my own. When it first started pumping out warm air, I went online and try to fix the system on my phone. After that didn’t work, I turned to traditional means of complaining. Unfortunately, when I try to contact to the landlord about my broken air conditioner, he never answers his phone. I tried to email him about the busted cooling system, but I’ve never received a response. I even went down to the main rental office to complain about my indoor air conditioner, but there was a note saying that they were closed for the day. I’ve been living in hazardous, hot and humid conditions for over a month now. I have no idea how to improve my living situation without the help with my landlord, so I have called out my own HVAC Tech. You can be sure, when I’m sitting in Ice Cold Air Conditioning again, I’ll be sure to send the bill to my landlord.

When I tell people that I routinely Drive between Illinois and Georgia, they are often shocked.

I get the strangest reactions, and I can’t help but laugh at how dramatic people are.

They always explain something about taking a plane instead. My response to this is to complain about how uncomfortable and anxiety inducing I find airports. Sometimes they you tried to convince me that I would actually be saving time and money by a jumping on a plane or train, but I just shake my head and go back to planning my long road trip in the car. I am such a fan of driving that it would take a lot for me to consider traveling by plane or train. In fact, the last time that I took a train it was one of the coldest experiences of my life. It was the middle of summer, so I dressed in a light sundress to combat the heat. I got on the train and realized what a massive mistake this was. The air conditioning on the train was blowing at full power. It seems like they were air vents installed in every location. I had no way to get away from the cold, gusts of frigid try are created by the onboard air conditioning system. I sat down in my seat and looked around for some sort of air conditioning vent that I might be able to turn down. However, I couldn’t find any customizable air vent in the place. for the next 12 hours, I sat perfectly still and shivered in my seat. I didn’t sleep a wink and had massively tense shoulders by the time I got off the train. When it comes to traveling comfortably, I’m just going to rely on my car’s HVAC system.

My friends have a lot of funny jokes about me.

• I understand that they are just poking fun plus it’s all in superb spirits, so I don’t mind when they option on my identifiable quirks.

I know that I am a bit of an weird pigeon, so it makes sense that there is plenty to joke about… One of the things that they find most entertaining as my penchant for regularly over preparing. If we are headed on a trip, I’m going to be the person who brings two bags too many. I willhave plenty of popcorn, first aid supplies, plus backup entertainment sources. I’m regularly ready for the worst case scenario. They might poke fun, however in the end I end up saving us with my preparedness, and recently, they were joking because my pal and I were headed out of town for a week plus I brought some uncorrect supplies. In the back of my car, they found a couple of space boilers that I wanted to bring along, and for some reason, this was really hilarious to all of my buddies. They could not imagine a single situation in which my pal and I would need a backup heating source. Personally, I could think of 10 or 20. It didn’t seem like a big stretch that my pal and I would run into some heating troubles plus ultimately need an alternative form of warmth. Sure enough, when my pal and I arrived at the lodge plus my pal and I found that the pilot light was out on the forced air heater. While my pal and I waited for the proprietor to give us instruction on resetting of the heater, I smugly went out to the car plus gathered my space heaters.

There are times in life when it’s not worth fighting over things anymore.

At some point, you have to choose your battles as well as decide what is worth the extra stress of additional conflict. For me, I have a pretty low threshold for bullshit. If you are going to continually fight me on something, I’m going to walk away as well as let you make your own bed. This generally works out okay for me, especially when it comes to my husband. He is quite predictable as well as easy to negotiate with when I kneel down The rules. Recently, one of the rules that I put in place was regarding our Energy bill. I told him he would be responsible for paying the electric bill for the foreseeable future, however now, I told him this for a reason. It’s not because he rakes in the sizable bucks or I’m trying to take luck of him for our energy usage. It’s because he insists on messing with the temperature control afternoon in as well as afternoon out. I swear to God, by the time I wake up every afternoon he is already adjusted the temperature control many times. My buddy and I have a eco-friendly heating as well as cooling program set on the smart temperature control for energy efficiency, so every time he engages the a/c device or boiler outside of the defined settings he has costing us money.
