Our bus lost its a/c & heating on a long road trip.

My friend and I were on our way to a basketball tournament after college when it happened.

My friend and I were laughing & talking when all of a hasty a odd odor started coming from the a/c air ducts, the bus driver had to turn off the a/c because she was afraid of what that odor was that was coming from the a/c. There was a stage a couple weeks ago when I was seriously sick, and i would run a temperature of 103 degrees one day only for it to drop down to 96 by nightfall; This fever plus below normal body temperature kept me in a constant state of chills or overheating for nearly a week.

However even if I was allowed to I wouldn’t have felt well enough to be typically getting up to switch between the heater plus air conditioning system, then at least the fan plus heating pad helped some during the times I needed them, plus my blankets were in a constant state of being pushed off plus then pulled back on. It wasn’t until after an emergency room visit where I was given steroids plus an antibiotic that the symptoms finally cleared up plus I was able to go about life normally again.

So, the whole time that I am resting under the umbrella, sweltering, thinking of cool A/C, my modern partner was socializing, meeting modern people, swimming, looking for seashells, playing frisbee plus having a good time.
