I wish that he would answer my calls, emails or messages
I live in a legitimately outdated plus run down beach house; I have lived here for about a year now plus I am so glad that I rent, but this location is falling apart at the seems! I feel like I have to call my building owner once a week with a current problem, but he is starting to get upset with all my calls plus he is beginning to not answer. I feel like something big is going to happen plus he won’t answer! So, for the past week my cooling system fan won’t turn off. It just runs plus runs all day long. I am not sure what the problem is, but I legitimately wanted my building owner to come out plus take a look at it. However, I have not been able to get a hold of him, then all I can do is let the fan run, I know that eventually it is going to stop running or overheat. I wish that he would answer my calls, emails or messages. I have been trying to get in touch with him for nights, however finally after a week of calling, I got him on the cellphone. He was so upset with my pestering, however gave me the number of a local HVAC business to call plus make an appointment with at my convenience. I called the HVAC business plus made an appointment for the next day, then when the HVAC worker showed up, he knew exactly what the problem was plus it took him less than ten minutes to fix!
