I have lived here for about a year now and I am so happy that I rent.
This place is falling apart at the seems! I feel like I have to call my landlord once a week with a new problem. He is starting to get annoyed with all my calls and he is beginning to not answer. I feel like something big is going to happen and he won’t answer. So, for the past week my air conditioner fan won’t turn off. It just runs and runs all day long. I am not sure what the problem is, but I really wanted my landlord to come out and take a look at it. However, I have not been able to get a hold of him. All I can do is let the fan run, I know that eventually it is going to stop running or overheat. I wish that he would answer my calls, emails or text messages. I have been trying to get in touch with him for days. Finally after a week of calling, I got him on the phone. He was so annoyed with my pestering, but gave me the number of a local HVAC company to call and make an appointment with at my convenience. I called the HVAC company and made an appointment for the next day. When the HVAC worker showed up, he knew exactly what the problem was and it took him less than ten minutes to fix!
