Baking gone wrong

I am a pastry chef.

I have been working in the industry for about three years plus I really appreciate it.

I appreciate making cakes plus cupcakes for events plus traveling to bizarre locations to make my creations. I own my own business so it is important for me to consistently be thinking of current ideas to keep business plus replace come in, recently, I thought it would be a good idea to open a food truck so my buddy and I could travel plus bring our pastries to bizarre locations plus not just stay in our stone plus mortar location. I had the whole business plan worked out plus I genuinely thought I had come up with a solution to any complication my buddy and I would have. However, I did not take into account the fact that my buddy and I would not have a Heating plus A/C system like my buddy and I did in our physical location. I thought my buddy and I would be okay with the fans that came with the food truck, but my buddy and I hastily learned that it was not an acceptable substitution for an air conditioning. The first thing to suffer from the lack of air conditioning was my employees, they were always complaining. The next thing that suffered was our baking. I didn’t know the air conditioning affected the way our pastries cooked. However, my buddy and I could not get the cupcakes to rise plus the frosting was always melting. I am going to have to either nix the idea of the food truck or install a Heating plus A/C system to keep everyone glad. I am not sure what would be the most cost effective at this point because a current Heating plus A/C system is genuinely overpriced!
