Baking gone wrong

I am a pastry chef.

I have been working in the industry for about three years and I honestly cherish it.

I cherish making cakes and cupcakes for events and traveling to weird locations to make my creations. I own my own corporation so it is pressing for me to always be thinking of up-to-date ideas to keep corporation and replace come in, recently, I thought it would be a unbelievable idea to open a food truck so my pal and I could travel and bring our pastries to weird locations and not just stay in our brick and mortar location. I had the whole corporation plan worked out and I truly thought I had come up with a solution to any concern my pal and I would have. However, I did not take into account the fact that my pal and I would not have a Heating and A/C system like my pal and I did in our physical location. I thought my pal and I would be okay with the fans that came with the food truck, but my pal and I swiftly learned that it was not an adequate substitution for an a/c. The first thing to suffer from the lack of a/c was my employees, they were consistently complaining. The next thing that suffered was our baking. I didn’t suppose the a/c affected the way our pastries cooked. However, my pal and I could not get the cupcakes to rise and the frosting was consistently melting. I am going to have to either nix the idea of the food truck or install a Heating and A/C system to keep most people happy. I am not sure what would be the most cost effective at this point because a up-to-date Heating and A/C system is easily extravagant!
