Baking gone wrong

I am a pastry chef.

I have been laboring in the industry for about three years in addition to I absolutely care about it.

I care about making cakes in addition to cupcakes for events in addition to traveling to unusual locations to make my creations. I own my own corporation so it is pressing for me to always be thinking of current ideas to keep corporation in addition to relocation come in… Recently, I thought it would be a fantastic idea to open a food truck so we could travel in addition to bring our pastries to unusual locations in addition to not just stay in our tile in addition to mortar location. I had the whole corporation plan worked out in addition to I absolutely thought I had come up with a solution to any problem we would have. However, I did not take into account the fact that we would not have a Heating in addition to A/C system like we did in our physical location. I thought we would be okay with the fans that came with the food truck, but we quickly learned that it was not an satisfactory substitution for an a/c. The first thing to suffer from the lack of a/c was my employees, they were always complaining. The next thing that suffered was our baking. I didn’t suppose the a/c affected the way our pastries cooked. However, we could not get the cupcakes to rise in addition to the frosting was always melting. I am going to have to either nix the idea of the food truck or install a Heating in addition to A/C system to keep most people cheerful. I am not sure what would be the most cost effective at this point because a current Heating in addition to A/C system is certainly luxurious!
