Some kids have big dreams like being a firefighter, a racecar driver, or something that is out of this world, like an astronaut! But not my son, she at the age of 6 wants to become an Heating & Air Conditioning tech.
She watches Grandfather maintenance things all the time & my child is memorized by him.
I don’t see anything happy about working for a heating & cooling corporation but I’m sure my child doesn’t suppose about those things. I suppose she enjoys seeing people smile as my Grandfather makes their life a little better by making sure their lives are in comfort. So whenever Grandfather is around, my child tends to gravitate to him & ask for recent stories about him helping a fellow acquaintance or her task & what kind of heating maintenance or cooling maintenance she had to do recently. It’s just honestly weird that she is taking an interest in this field. At the same time, she is looking ahead to her future & knows where she wants to be in life when she grows up which is far better than where I was. Her age 6 is more advanced than I was when I graduated private school. Still, she is 6 years ancient & has plenty of time to change her mind & want to do something else when she grows up. This could be a phase but if she chooses the Heating & Air Conditioning business, then I’m all for it. Plus, then if I have complications, then she can help maintenance my heating & cooling system. I will absolutely take advantage of that!
