So normally, I have a good deal of difficulty when it comes to giving up control.
Yet, this new HVAC technology in our home is making it so simple for me to relinquish my control component monitor badge. That’s the way the rest of the family sees me. I’m the cooling system police. For sure, I do make sure that my buddy and I aren’t paying staggering amounts of cash for over cooling our home. That’s just never a good thing and sure wasn’t going to happen in my house. So I’m sort of accustomed to the moans and groans when I reset the control component to be in line with the parameters my buddy and I adhere to. I even learned how to program the digital control component that was here prior to the smart control unit. In my defense, my buddy and I typically saved large time when it comes to a Summer of cooling system. But with the recent heating and cooling replace, I’m finding that the HVAC technology can take my locale quite nicely. What’s even more surprising is just how good I am with that. When my buddy and I had the heating and cooling equipment replaced, my buddy and I opted to go with the latest in residential HVAC. So my buddy and I now have zone controlled HVAC in the house. That’s pretty awesome so I can further customize the control component settings to save if I want to. But it’s also nice to have the family be able to dial in comfort for themselves without taking the whole cabin down 5 degrees. The smart control component covers me as well by keeping the cabin much warmer during the peak heating hours of the afternoon. All in all, I’m okay with the HVAC technology taking over that part of my condo duties.
