Carl and Brady had to find the resources on their own, and it took them weeks to figure out how to even begin using those resources.
They had their mom to guide them through the process of opening an Heating and A/C business, but she hadn’t been in business for seven years. Things had changed and become more complicated since she had an Heating and A/C business. However, since their mom knew the basics and could help the brothers, it was enough information for them to feel comfortable with the process. Carl and Brady knew their mom had a business partner, but it wasn’t anyone they ever met. She told them she would introduce the brothers to her business partner. She was the one who did all the marketing for the business and even created and worked on a website for her. When the brothers were at their parent’s for supper, their mom took them into her study. She showed them the laptop and the website she had set up. It was the website for an online marketing business. She told the brothers about the Heating and A/C experts they had, and who were her silent partners while she was in business. She further explained if they allowed them to do their task, they would never go wrong, and the business would be way more successful than she ever was. The brothers didn’t know mom had ever used a laptop, or that she used an online marketing business. They would have never thought she would use a laptop, or that she would use an online marketing business. Carl and Brady didn’t even know they had Heating and A/C experts.
