The house was like a nightmare come true.
Everything about it was in a terrible state, the only wonderful thing was that the house had a wonderful foundation, and the primary walls were nice and firm, however it also had a beautiful view of the lake hence its name, which is one of the reasons I decided to buy it.
The other reason was to make it my project; as an interior designer, I saw the potential, and it would also attract more clients once I was done with it, and I would use the before and after to boost my business. I did not see the need for an media air cleaner here in the lake since the air was fresher than in the city. The trees would take care of some of the air purifications.
