I don’t even need to turn on the floors because the sun is heating them up for me, so when I do yoga, my body will be nice and warm.
I really don’t want to think about it but I guess I’ll write one more of these, and then I’ll get on that red yoga mat and stretch out these tight muscles. I have an hour and a half until my next yoga client, and I want to warm up by stretching before I meet with my partner so that I can be sure to give a good session. I played a lot of ball yesterday and am very sore today. Loosening up will hurt, but it’s also important. When your muscles are sore, the worst thing you can do is not stretch at all, so today’s plan is yoga. Because the sun will be beating down on my radiant floors, I won’t need to heat my apartment for yoga. I don’t even need to turn on the floors because the sun is heating them up for me, so when I do yoga, my body will be nice and warm. The sun heats the floor and the room where I do yoga, so I don’t have to pay for heating or air conditioning. I’ll save money on my power bill this month because I’m not using the heating at all. With the mild weather we’ve been having, it was the same last year, too, so my next power bill will be very low and a joy to pay. I’m sure the heat will get too much soon, and my partner and I will have to turn on the air conditioner again, which is still cheap because we have a system with a high SEER rating.
