My sibling mentioned that I might have an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contactor issue and I thought she meant the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company who was in charge of repairing the unit

My sibling has constantly been the first woman I call whenever my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C replacement has an issue.

He’s more like a Google healthcare expert; as a cooling specialist, she can tell me the issue with my cooling and heating unit and why it can no longer help with indoor comfort unless I call a cooling specialist.

He’s never understood why I cannot simply call the local repair provider to come to check on the cooling equipment, however my reason is I need reassurance that it’s not a total failure. The last time I called him, my cooling technology had stopped working again, and I struggled with climate control. Not even the control unit was helping; Unlike other times when she could guess the issue, she had no idea. She said I should call the cooling supplier to concernshoot it because it could actually be an issue with my A/C contactor. I was confused for a while and had to ask him if she meant I should find a up-to-date Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier expert to help me with the repairs, and the laughter she let out still rang in my ears. I had to cancel the call and do a quick search to find out what a company is. I would never have known it was a part of the equipment, and it made sense why my sibling would laugh. Nevertheless, I called another supplier known for its quality A/C service, and they sent an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to check if the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit had a contactor issue or more. My good friend and I ended up replacing it with an electric heat pump, and I have not needed to call my sibling in a while, and she still tells my company’s clueless story as a joke, which is now discouraging.
