When our local heating, ventilation and A/C company couldn’t find the time to come to the home and repair our a/c unit, I thought it was time to call the new heating, ventilation and A/C company in our area.
I called many times before someone answered the PC.
They apologized for not answering, despite the fact that he had been getting PC calls all day, and couldn’t keep up with them, then he took our name and PC number, and said he would have someone call me back, because he was just the receptionist. It was a Wednesday day, and I was sure I had called early enough, however they were already busy. Another minute later, the dispatcher of the new heating, ventilation and A/C company called me back. He asked if there was a problem or if I just needed an inspection… Once I told him I just needed our a/c unit taken care of, he took down the pertinent information and gave a date and time. After the inspection was done, I felt concerned that I had just breathed a breath of fresh air. The heating, ventilation and A/C serviceman was late, however our appointment was in the day. He did an excellent job with the a/c unit, and even talked to me about purchasing a repair agreement from them. They gave better repair than our local heating, ventilation and A/C business, and they were much friendlier. I think our seasoned heating, ventilation and A/C company is finally going to have some real competition. Later that week, I was talking to our neighbor and best friend. They had also had some work done by the new heating, ventilation and A/C business. My buddy and I all quickly agreed we were going to continue using the new company and purchasing their repair agreements.
