He simply put a tarp plus high grade tape to keep it in location; So the boiler is running with a flimsy tarp. When it rains a bit of water leaks in. I told my neighbor he is making things worse. The boiler is going to overwork itself plus quit. Then he will need a current heater. That water leaking in will disfigurement the flooring plus require current wood floors put down. Moisture from the A/C plus Summer heat will create condensation in his property pretty soon. They he will have mold plus drywall disfigurement. He might even attract bugs plus critters, just call a roofing corporation plus get it fixed! I know he does not have a lot of money, however he could simply go to work plus then pay for his current roof. I feel it is necessary at this point. Having that sizable of a hole is a mistake.
