I guess I actually didn’t consider just how much United Statesble space I was wasting when it came to the garage; When we first purchased this house, I remember being so happy to have an actual garage, i lived inside apartments for a decade after college. And there were more than one things those apartments never had, then there was never any modern residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit & there was never a garage, and so when we purchased this house, it came with the latest in heating & cooling unit & a more than one motorcar garage. Actually, the garage is a bit larger than a proper more than one motorcar garage. It’s a bit wider but far more deep than most garages I’ve seen. At first, we parked our wifey’s motorcar & our truck in the garage. The people I was with and I also had the washer & dryer out there… But as the years went by, our truck ended up losing its space thanks to the supposed need for storage. Actually, we were just taking stuff from inside the central air conditioner of the house & dumping it in the garage. This saved us from having to either chuck that stuff or provide it away. That trend continued until our wifey’s motorcar wouldn’t even fit in the garage. Before long, I wouldn’t even open the garage door because I was so ashamed of the junkyard the garage had become, finally, I had to tackle that situation. It took myself and others nearly a week of weekends but I got it cleaned out & organized. The wifey’s motorcar went back in the garage. But instead of putting our truck back in there, I had the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation install a ductless heat pump. I then turned area of that garage space into an awesome activity area for our wifey & I.
