My daughter was kneeling by the window with a puzzled look on her face, but I also asked what was wrong, and she told myself and others it was warm resting by the window… Then the whole sun was shining on her face and kept her warm, but she wanted to suppose why there was ice on the window, and yet it was so warm in her chair.
I moved her away from the window, because I could recognize a cool breeze coming off it.
I also looked at the top of the window to see if it was broken, however nothing seemed out of position. I could also recognize cool air coming out of the air vent. I was upset about the cool air coming from the air vent, thinking it may be a problem with the oil furnace. I called our partner, who was visiting his brother next door and told him about the cool air coming from the air vents! He and his brother came over to the house. I sighed, knowing they were either going to repair the oil furnace and end up with a mess so bad, we would need a current oil furnace. I wasn’t even all that sure if I wanted to let them go downstairs and also do anything, however I couldn’t. I wanted to trust they could get the oil furnace repaired separate from too much trouble, but when the heating, ventilation and A/C company arrived any other minute later, I knew they had encountered a problem they couldn’t handle… However, I was proud they didn’t continue trying to make the repair. The heating, ventilation and A/C worker had the repair done in a matter of minutes. He said we had an airflow problem, and all he needed to do was change the air filter.
