Heating to survive our negative temps

I called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair business yesterday.

There was a question I wanted to ask.

Buddy and I knew my pal and I needed new air conditioning before summer, in addition to the heating system is older than the A/C unit. My partner Buddy in addition to I have been talking about having mini cut ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C installed because it seemed like less work, in addition to being more efficient. Before making the final decision about a new ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, Buddy wanted to think if it would have survived the negative hot in addition to cold temperatures Buddy and I had. I asked the person who answered the PC, if I could talk to someone who had more experience with mini cut ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C? She asked me to hold a second while she got the owner of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C business on the PC. When he answered, the owner told me had mini cut ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C in his own home in addition to wanted to think what our question was. I asked if they had any issues or concerns while Buddy and I were in those few weeks. Buddy and I were experiencing near zero hot in addition to cold temperatures. He said that he had a large fireplace in his house. They had the large fireplace running when it was that cold, but the ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C was holding its own. He asked me if I needed alternative heating those multiple weeks, or if our heating system was working well? Buddy had said he was ecstatic that I had the fireplace, because no matter how good the heating system was, it would have still been very cold in the house. He said he had no concern with the heating even when it was in the single digits, but the fireplace always offered more comfort when you were dealing with bone chilling temperatures.
