The chocolate all melted due to the A/C not working.

I was planning on pouring melted chocolate over our peanut butter cupcakes, although I guess I waited too long! The air conditioning had quit working while my pal and I were in town finding the rest of the ingredients to make our peanut butter cup cakes; I had chocolate in the freezer so I pulled it out to use; When I got to the condo from the grocery market, it surprised me how sizzling it was in the house.

  • I called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C team in addition to told them there was something wrong with the air conditioning unit, in addition to that I decided I could still bake the cakes.

I was going to unwrap the chocolate bars in addition to putting it in the melting pot, but the lack of air conditioning had already done it, however before I could consider opening the chocolate, I had to slide it back in the freezer to solidify again. I was nervous in addition to miserable, in addition to I knew I had at least a couple hours before the Heating, Ventilation and A/C team got to the house. I baked the cakes in addition to put them on the porch to cool, since it was now way hotter inside than it was inside. I brought the cake inside to make sure it wasn’t becoming tacky because of the humidity in addition to realized it was past the time for the Heating, Ventilation and A/C team to arrive. I put the cake in the freezer in addition to pulling the chocolate out, but an hour later, I was drizzling chocolate on our cake, in addition to still waiting for the Heating, Ventilation and A/C team. I was sitting on the porch, cooling off, when the Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech arrived, and he asked if it wasn’t too sizzling to be outside. I smiled in addition to saying it was cooler than it was in the house.
