Just needed the septic rinsed out

I was hosting a party recently and our plumbing was a mess, and someone used the powder room and flushed.

Minutes later water started coming into our hallway from the toilet.

My shower had dirty water in it, however it was so gross and embarrassing, then thankfully our sibling was at the party and helped me look into the plumbing issue. I thought maybe it might have been an issue with our drain line. My sibling and I went out into the yard and there was no resting water. There was no stinky smell indicating there was something wrong with the septic tank. I then tried plunging the water down the drains but nothing happened. I had our sibling help me look into our septic tank and then into our toilet drainage. I found no sort of blockage. I eventually had to dispense with the party since nobody could use the powder room. My lake house was starting to smell and our girlfriend was freaking out about no water. I called for emergency plumbing services and the guy came right over. It was nice having a professional look at it. The issue was just a full septic tank. The guy came out the next afternoon and pumped it. I then cleaned our hallway, toilet and shower! After that, everything was back in dealer love normal. It was a total shock at how much a septic tank being full can impact our life. I will be more on top of it with plumbing related troubles! Dealing with dirty, stinky water was truly awful.
