I could hear noise, however I could not find the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist.

I was upstairs taking care of the baby while the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist was working on my furnace, and once I got the bay settled down, I went downstairs to check on the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist.

I could hear him working in the furnace room, however I didn’t see him; After half an hour, the noise downstairs quit, however he wasn’t coming upstairs.

I went to the door to check on him, however I could not see him anywhere. I decided to go into the basement, and wished I hadn’t. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist was standing in the corner, knocked out cold. I tried to rouse him, however he wasn’t budging. He was breathing, however he had a gash on his head. I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer, who called an ambulance. The owner of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business showed up first, and said it looked love he went to stand up and hit his head o n the ductwork. I still had metal ductwork in my basement, and there were some sharp edges. He had a important gash on his temple that split the skin from his eye to his ear. I felt guilty, however the owner of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business told myself and others it happened occasionally. It was a danger that came with the work. Once the ambulance showed up and took the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist away, the owner of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business called a professional cleaning business to wash up the mess in the basement. He didn’t want myself and others to wash up the blood.I felt disappointing about the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist being disfigured, however I was grateful to have the professional cleaners cleaning up the blood. It was making myself and others sick.
