My brother has bought lots of different houses without looking at them first.

My brother has contacts all over the arena and people look out for him when they see a nice deal. One of our friends named Sally called him because she found out a storage unit was coming up for auction. Sally said the storage unit had some treasures in it and she wanted to know if my brother wanted to bid on it. She took a couple of pictures real quick, but my brother didn’t get a nice look at everything until he was standing there in front of the storage unit that he bought for $700. He flipped on the light switch that should have turned on any overhead light inside. My brother flipped the switch multiple times and nothing happened. He called the front office and the manager came down to the storage locker to check on the lights. She flipped it up and down the same as my brother and said yeah, it’s broken. The manager had to phone a residential maintenance electrician to fix the issue. During all that time my brother waited for the residential maintenance electrician to arrive, all he could do was use a flashlight to see as much of the room as possible. When the electrician was done, my brother got lights and he could see everything inside the room. There were many things that looked extravagant and Sally was right about the nice deal.
