I don’t know about you but I tend to shy away from what seems to be an increasingly disposable economy.
Like there aren’t even TV repair people anymore.
If the TV is on the fritz, just buy another one. That’s a common theme these days in so many areas of our lives. I, on the other hand, like to get the most value for my money. That’s true from my clothes to my car to the HVAC equipment. I don’t buy cheap stuff that will last only a short while. Of course, spending less is appealing but what are we really getting for our money? I would argue not all that much since we end up having to turn around and spend more money to replace the cheap stuff that broke. When it comes to the quality heating and air in our home, I don’t mess around. The heating and cooling comfort of my family home is essential and vital stuff. So we have the latest in residential HVAC and the requisite advances in HVAC technology. For sure, this HVAC system was a major investment. But I’m happy to make an investment and then make sure that I take care of that investment. For me, that means consistent, seasonal HVAC maintenance. Actually, I belong to the HVAC service plan provided by our HVAC company. So I don’t even have to worry about remembering to schedule the appointments. I expect to get more than 30 years of quality heating and air from my HVAC investment. And regular HVAC maintenance will be key to achieving that goal.
