All of this homeowner stuff is just new to me.
So I’m doing my best to figure it all out.
But after more than a few years into it, I realized that I have to get better, given the amount of time I spend inside the commercial Heating & A/C of our offices, I haven’t been honestly consistent. I’ve been there now for just over a decade. However, I’ve been taking on more responsibility as my job expands. By the time I get condo to the central a/c at my house, I just want to do nothing but relax. My job is quite stressful & when I am not laboring, I tend to recuperate so I can get back out at it the next day. This means I don’t spend the time doing stuff around the property like I should. Well I am fairly neat & organized, that does not go far enough. It’s the stuff like the yard in the Heating & A/C unit that just don’t get the priority treatment they should. When I purchased this house, I invested a superb deal in new Heating & A/C technology. And I got some of the latest in residential Heating & A/C as well. This stuff produces attractive quality heating & air, yet, I need to make the Heating & A/C unit more of a priority. I started doing that by changing the air filter on time & just checking in on the residential Heating & A/C. I also signed up for the Heating & A/C service plan. This allows for seasonal Heating & A/C service along with other benefits. But the main objective was to not forget Heating & A/C service in the fall & again with a a/c tune ups in the Spring. My Heating & A/C unit just simply has to be a priority in my house.
