There are some days that I wake up and make a conscious effort to just be grateful for everything that I have.
These are the days that I am usually happiest, calmest, and most optimistic. The days that I forget to spend my money attention to the fantastic things that are happening in my life are the dark days when I get the most depressed. Recently, I was trying to find something to be optimistic and grateful for, when I looked across the street and saw that my neighbors had called out the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair shop again. That instantaneously offered me something to be glad about. At least I wasn’t having to call my heating and cooling specialist over and over again, like the terrible neighbors were. It seems like they needed to call the Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair shop nearly every week for some kind of disaster. I don’t know what is going on with their central heating or cooling system, however clearly it needs a lot of extra attention. I see that Heating, Ventilation & A/C work van laying in their driveway all the time. I’ve been meaning to go over and ask them about what was wrong with their central air quality control system. If they needed to install a brand new heating system or air conditioner unit, I would be glad to help them with the finances for the professional upgrade. When I consulted my neighbor about the Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairs, she looked at me like I had two heads. Apparently, she had no idea that the Heating, Ventilation & A/C expert was coming to her home so often. I later found out the reason why… The central cooling system was working just fine, however her husband had extramarital reasons to see the Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman every so often.
