Why would my kid do that? I still don’t get why he acts out all the time! His main source of acting out is using paint; The thing is I have no clue where he is getting it from.

It’s infuriating when I see him paint the fridge or even the TV screen, but do you know how hard it is to get dry paint out of a TV screen? Those are a couple of things but he has even painted our cats, on more than a single occasion.

You’d think that a 12 year aged would learn their lesson however blatantly not. This day he found paint, yup again, plus he splashed it all over the air conditioning unit. So this would be the 8th time he has attempted or ruined something. I am angry at several things, a single it’s paint, obviously plus several it’s Summer plus it’s super hot out! Now I don’t know if I can wash this consistently or if I should call the cooling company to send out a cooling expert to look at it, however oh boy, I certainly should however what has next? I might have to get him psychiatric help or something because I am running out of answers. I am also hoping he did not chop the air conditioning component plus it’s really cleaned plus no mangle to be done to have the air conditioning repaired. Have you ever felt defeated? I can say I do now plus it hurts that I cannot get my kid to stop doing these sorts of things. I guess I shall see if I can get him counseling on top of it.

My mom keeps letting everything in her home rot away, however since our dad passed more than one years ago nothing is actually being taken care of, however you can see the paint is chipping a bit, dishes are barely touched, the shrubbery is not cut unless I come over plus etc, and i guess she is not blissful however all I can do is show our support, and winter is coming plus her home might not survive it.

I also may be a little dramatic saying that however everything is falling apart.

It’s September now plus separate from our dad there she actually needs to get ahold of an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional, and my dad did all the cleaning plus labor around their heating plus cooling systems before he passed however I am sure it has not been looked at in more than one years now. I told her to contact Charlie, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C expert to come over or call the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier to schedule something with them. If the home holds up I still want to make sure it’s overheated to last the freezing Winter plus 1 day walk into her home with her passed away. She doesn’t care about me talking about those types of situations however it’s true. I care about our mom plus losing our dad these past couple of years has already been taxing plus our mom is all I have left. If she doesn’t reach out to the heating plus cooling supplier actually soon I am going to schedule an appointment plus if I have to I shall pay for the heating plus cooling professional to do any necessary repairs. I do not care what she has to say about it however I shall do it.

I know I certainly didn’t consider just how much USAble space I was wasting when it came to the garage! When we first obtained this house, I remember being so excited to have an actual garage! I lived inside apartments for a decade after college.

And there were more than 2 things those apartments never had, but there was never any up-to-date residential Heating plus Air Conditioning component plus there was never a garage! So when we obtained this house, it came with the latest in heating plus cooling component plus a more than 2 automobile garage.

Actually, the garage is a bit larger than a correct more than 2 automobile garage. It’s a bit wider but far more deep than most garages I’ve seen. At first, we parked my spouse’s automobile plus my truck in the garage. We also had the washer plus dryer out there… But as the years went by, my truck ended up losing its space thanks to the supposed need for storage. Actually, we were just taking stuff from inside the central a/c of the condo plus dumping it in the garage. This saved us from having to either chuck that stuff or supply it away. That trend continued until my spouse’s automobile wouldn’t even fit in the garage. Before long, I wouldn’t even open the garage door because I was so ashamed of the junkyard the garage had become, and finally, I had to tackle that situation. It took myself and others nearly a week of weekends but I got it cleaned out plus organized. The spouse’s automobile went back in the garage. But instead of putting my truck back in there, I had the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier install a ductless heat pump. I then turned section of that garage space into an awesome hobby section for my spouse plus I.

It’s been a truly comfortable winter time this year.

Alas, I can’t say the same thing for ever going outside of my house.

But this year, at least my pal Bob and I are super comfortable and not over paying for heating… Normally, the old gas furnace is running afternoon and night in order to provide the right amount of heating that my pal and I need. And even then, it just didn’t seem love Bob and I were ever really comfortable. There was consistently a drafty feeling that could never be neutralized without cranking the thermostat. But thanks to just a bit of expended energy this fall, Bob and I are now enjoying perhaps the best winter time of heating comfort ever. All it took was Bob following the step by step plans outlined by the local Heating and A/C business. When Bob started going online to see about prepping the home for winter, I saw their website. These are the same folks that do our heating maintenance each fall and then the a/c tune up in the Springtime. So I knew they were fantastic Heating and A/C experts and they would steer me in the right direction for winterizing the house. And literally, all Bob had to do was go step by step when it came to sealing up my home really tight. We did have a guy come over and install a current storm door. But really sealing up that entrance made a large difference in our enhanced level of comfort this winter. I’ve also been amazed that Bob and I are getting all this Heating and A/C comfort at a lower rate than ever. Maximizing the energy efficiency of our Heating and A/C device through winter time prep has paid off in both comfort and heating.

These afternoons, we are enjoying the heating and cooling comfort produced by our ductless heat pumps in our little retirement home.

The choice to leave for the south after retirement was not an easy 1… Leaving the severe winter weather was the best part. If I never see a gas furnace again, that’s not going to hurt my feelings. I can also do without so much snow and ice for the rest of my life as well. I much love the truly little need for heating that Sam and I have now that my pal and I live down south. Still, leaving the place where we raised our family is not easy. But retiring wasn’t going to be easy for either of us either. Both Sam and I worked really taxing inside the commercial Heating and A/C of our companies for over 40 years. That’s a long time to commit to the same organizations. On top of that, Sam and I really did love and have a passion for our respective works. The past year has been 100% about laboring through the succession plans put in place by the business. Sam and I also replaced the Heating and A/C device and the Heating and A/C technology in order to sell the old house. The home sold suddenly with the latest in residential Heating and A/C helping add so much more value. But it was leaving our friends that ended up being so terribly hard. These were people that Sam and I raised families with and went through all kinds of good times and hard times. These afternoons, we are enjoying the heating and cooling comfort produced by our ductless heat pumps in our little retirement home. Sam and I chose to go with a multi-cut ductless heat pump in order to expedite the renovations. But it turns out that Sam and I love that Heating and A/C technology even more than central a/c. And it’s nice when our friends can make their own thermostat settings when they come to visit.
